Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur from item to item. Additionally, design placement and visibility may vary by size - for example, smaller bandanas or apparel pieces may not display all elements of a design due to limited space.

We gladly accept exchanges for sizing issues only.

We strive to provide full transparency by including approximate measurements of embroidered designs within each product listing. Please note that embroidery sizing remains consistent across all garment sizes. Adjusting embroidery dimensions for larger apparel can compromise design quality, so the design will not scale with the garment size.

Personalized or custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can address your concerns. We are committed to working with you to find a resolution.

For any approved return or exchange:

• Items must be returned to us in their original, unaltered condition
• Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the original item has been received and inspected
