Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order. For most products, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during new releases or high-volume periods. On occasion, some items are offered as preorders, which will require longer processing times of up to four weeks. This will be noted in product descriptions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within five hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee changes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note this does not shorten processing time.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it - what do I do?
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier for assistance. We may be able to submit a missing mail request on our end, however there is no guarantee of a resolution with the delivery service.

How do I choose the right size?
We provide size guides in each product listing. We recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to our chart.
My item doesn't fit - can I return it?
We gladly offer exchanges for sizing issues. Items must be returned in original, unaltered condition.

Why does my item look slightly different than the photos?
All items are handmade, so slight variations in pattern placement, color, and design may occur. This makes each piece unique!
Will the design look the same on all sizes?
Not exactly. Smaller items may show less of a pattern due to limited space.
Why doesn't embroidery size change with the shirt size?
Scaling embroidery can distort the design and reduce quality, so we keep embroidery sizing consistent across all garment sizes.
Customization
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Gladly! If you have an idea in mind, please feel free to reach out here. We take on custom items for individuals as well as local groups and businesses. Options are not limited to the products offered on our site.
Can I return a personalized item?
No - all personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
